SurfCash has no subscription, no account fee, and no minimum balance. You pay per payment.

## Payments

- Fee: 0.5% platform fee per QR payment
- Network costs: shown separately in the app before you confirm, varies by corridor
- Example: a 12,000,000 VND rent payment carries a 60,000 VND platform fee

## Yield

- Eligible balances can earn up to 10% APY via Perena; rates vary with market conditions
- USD* Protected option: fixed, insured rate (lower than variable)
- Yield accrues on idle balance only

## Cashback

- Rent payments: 2% cashback credited to your wallet

## What is free

- Downloading the app (iOS App Store or apk.getsurf.cash)
- Holding a balance
- Receiving money from other SurfCash users
- Bill splits between SurfCash users
